How to Setup

The dealer is chosen randomly by players. Players can use any method to choose the dealer like youngest, eldest, highest drawn card, lowest drawn card from the deck, etc.

The dealer shuffles the card deck and deals each player faced down cards, one at a time. In this way he deals all the cards among the players. The cards are to be dealt as evenly as possible. Players keep their cards faced down in front of them.

How to Play

The game begins with the player sitting to the left of the dealer. The game proceeds clockwise. Then the players Flip the top card from their pile and place it faced up in front of them on the table.

All players do so forming a pile at the center of the table. Players should not show their cards to other players before they set them down.

In order to make a fair slapping, the center pile should be at equal distance from all players. If the center pile has jack on the top, then players will race to slap the jack first.

The player who first slaps the jack wins all the cards below it. Then a new center pile started with the next player in rotation and the game is played in the same way.

If it so happens that more than one player slap the jack first, then the player whose hand is on the card directly or the lowest hand, is the winner.

At times players slap the wrong card that is any other card than the Jack. In this case they have to give one card to the player who has placed the card they slapped by mistake.

The players who have run out of cards can slap back in the game. But, if they miss the next jack then they are automatically out of the game.
