How does Bitcoin Baccarat work?

Bitcoin Baccarat retains the same rules as conventional Baccarat, but with a lot of more amazing advantages. For example, easy deposit and withdrawals which is made possible due to Bitcoin Casinos. It also provides ease, as you can play Bitcoin Baccarat on your mobile devices like Smartphones (Android & iOS), tablets, and PC.

Why Play Bitcoin Baccarat?

Historically, there’s a sense of sophistication and exclusivity that accompanies conventional Baccarat. It is no different with Bitcoin Baccarat. It is also beginner-friendly and quite simple to learn. As for those that have played Baccarat before, they will have no problem with Baccarat gambling at any Bitcoin casino of choosing. You can check CryptoCasinos to play crypto baccarat. For newbies, the details below should help you start off nicely:

How to play Bitcoin Baccarat?

In terms of rule and style of play, Punto Banco is the most famous form of Baccarat betting available around the world and in Bitcoin Casinos. “Punto” means player and “Banco” meaning banker pretty much describes the nature of the game. As this is a competition between the banker and player.

The rules of this game are fairly straightforward. The main goal is to catch a hand at or close to 9.

Initially, players are given two cards each. The total points are then calculated as follows

2-9: points are the number on each card

10:  points count as zero

Ace: counted as 1 point

If your hand has cards with a sum of 8 or 9, that is considered a “natural” and there is no need to draw another card.

However, if your card’s total is more than 9, then only the last digit of the sum is counted. For example, if you are dealt an 8 and a 9, your total is therefore 17. The 1 is discarded, and your total becomes 7.

When your hand is above 5, you will stand. Meaning you will not take another card. If your hand is between 0 and 5, you will get a third card, your card total is therefore calculated.

Thereafter, the Banker makes a move. When the player doesn’t take a third card, The Banker will stand on anything above 5 points and draw on anything else. If the player takes a third card, the Banker will have to draw based on which card comes up as the third card as follows:

9 to Ace – Banker draws on everything below 4.

8 – Banker only draws on 0 to 2.

6 or 7 – Banker stays on 7 only.

4 or 5 – Banker draws on 0 to 5.

2 or 3 – Banker stays on 5 and above.

If you don’t quite grasp any of the above listed, don’t worry. You don’t need to remember any of that while playing. The only actions you take in Baccarat are placing bets. You will have to gamble on if the Banker wins the hand, the Player wins the hand, or if they tie.

Baccarat Variants

While most Bitcoin casinos adopt the standard Baccarat i.e. Punto Banco, there are other variations of the beautiful game. Some of the most common variations are:

Mini Baccarat: this is a common variant of Baccarat. Played on eight decks of cards instead of the six like the traditional variant, this is basically a low-stakes version. Mainly because the bets are much smaller.

Chemin De Fer: also called the “Chemin”, is a French variant where the players take turns in being the Banker. Dealt with six decks of cards dealt face down, the decision of the third card is made by the player. This version also demands active participation by the player. You might need to read through the rules before playing this version.

EZ Baccarat: in this variation, even money is paid on both winning banker and player bets. This is except the banker wins with a total of 7 after the third card is drawn, resulting in a push on banker bets. The game has two additional options, the Dragon 7, a specific bet of a winning three-card 7 on the banker side, which pays 40:1 instead of pushing, and Panda 8, a bet of a winning three-card 8 on the player side, which pays 25:1.

Why you should play Bitcoin Baccarat

Simple to Play & Easy to Win

The rules of Baccarat are pretty straightforward, and easy to learn for new players. Plus, it is mostly a game of chance so there is no trick to winning. The best thing to do is to adopt a flat gambling strategy that will get you small but consistent wins over time.

Bitcoin Faucets (Free Play)

Most online Bitcoin Casinos offer a faucet to players. This is a small amount of Bitcoin to spend on Baccarat gambling or other online casino games. You won’t make a fortune off a faucet, and there are certain limitations. Nevertheless, this is a good way to try out Bitcoin Baccarat and get your bankroll moving. Check

Anonymity

This is one of the best things about Bitcoin Casinos as opposed to fiat casinos and conventional casinos. At most, all you need is an email address to secure your account. Thereafter, you can fund your account with Bitcoin and play online while remaining completely anonymous.

Fast Payments

Bitcoin payments are extremely fast, with your account getting credited with deposits in just a few confirmations. Sometimes, you can pay a fee to have it processed instantly. As for cashout, that usually takes a few minutes. Worst case scenario, you wait for 24 hours to process manually. Which when compared to fiat casinos taking from 72 hours to 2 weeks to process a withdrawal request, is way faster.

Provably Fair Gaming

Bitcoin casinos are generally Provably Fair. Provably Fair is an algorithm used for Bitcoin games to verify the gaming data for every bet. Your bet history is also saved to ensure you can look back on them and make sure they were fair. Some sites go as far as releasing script codes as proof of transparency.

Conclusion

Baccarat is a very popular choice at online Casinos. There’s a culture and sophistication that surrounds the game. Partly due to its history of association with European aristocracy and extremely wealthy businessmen. The air of exclusivity might be deemed as superficial. But one is for certain; Bitcoin casinos have made the game impossible to overlook.
